1. General Policy
All sales are final.
Because our products and services are digital and/or time-based (courses, subscriptions, design services), once a purchase is completed and access is granted, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed the product or service description carefully.

• You understand that digital content is delivered immediately.

• You accept the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products / Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, once access to a course, program, or downloadable content is granted:
 
No refunds or cancellations will be issued.
Access to course material is considered full delivery of the service.
3. Memberships / Subscriptions
For monthly or annual recurring plans:

• You may cancel the next billing cycle at any time.

• Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, even if the subscription is canceled immediately after renewal.

Cancelation stops future billing only.
4. Services (Design / Branding / Website Development / Consulting)
Because these services reserve time and resources:

• If work has started → no refund.

• If work has not started yet → we may (at our discretion) refund 50% of the initial payment to cover time reservation and admin costs.

5. Duplicate Payments / Technical Errors
If a user is charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will review the case.
In such situations:

• Proof of duplicate charge is required.

• A refund may be issued for the duplicate payment only.

6. Chargebacks
Filing chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to services or digital products is a violation of our terms.
We reserve the right to:

• Suspend access to the account

• Block future purchases

• Take legal action when necessary
